Marzia Andrè
Counselor Trainer
Marzia Andrè was born in Rome. After music studies (cello and lyric singing) at early age, she got the Counselor Trainer qualification specializing as a professionist in humanistic and transpersonal course of study. Today, she is recognized as an expert in expressive arts therapy, emotional ability counseling and performing arts counseling, in accordance with the law 4/2013.
Marzia worked in counseling and family mediation units at the Local health authority from 2008 to 2017 in the city of Viterbo, supporting and developing projects in order to improve social education.
From 2013 to 2016, she taught at the Università Popolare di Roma “Leonardo da Vinci” (Upsol) to improve student knowledge with experiential laboratories.
Her education in counseling and her passion for music lead her to use the expertises acquired especially in the artistic world. Currently, she is a teacher at the prestigious high specialization Academy at the Teatro del Maggio Musicale Fiorentino, where she engages her students in workshop organized to promove and enhance the young performers talent.
She is a projects coordinator at la “Casa dell’Arte terapia” and a teacher at the high educational counseling school in Rome (S.I.co).
In the last few years, she has attended different conferences as a speaker among these the convention about:
– “La cooperazione e la compassione, nuove prospettive di integrazione sociale” at the Residenza Universitaria A. Uberti;
– “Insegnare canto nel terzo millennio” and “Il Corpo e la Voce” at the International Pistoia Convention AICI;
– “L’Anima Creativa” at Carroccio room in Campidoglio.
